At HalaTeeVault, we believe your apparel and gifts should be as unique as you are. That is why every piece is made-to-order exclusively for you. We do not pull items from dusty warehouse shelves; instead, we craft a brand-new product based on your exact specifications as soon as you place an order.

1. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Transit Time

Generally, you can expect your fresh gear to arrive within 10 to 25 business days after your order is successfully placed, depending on the product type and your shipping destination.

Production & Processing

The 7-Hour Adjustment Window: After checkout, your order enters a 7-hour hold period. During this brief window, you can contact us to tweak details (like a size adjustment, color swap, or address correction) or cancel the order entirely. Once the 7 hours pass, your design hits the printing presses and no further modifications can be made.

Expected production times for our catalog:

  • Everyday Apparel (Graphic Tees, Classic Hoodies): 3 – 5 business days.
  • All-Over Print & Aloha Wear (3D Hoodies, Hawaiian Shirts): 5 – 7 business days.
  • Home & Living Gifts (Posters, Canvas, Blankets, Mugs): 5 – 7 business days.

Shipping Times

Once your items pass our strict quality check, they are securely packaged and handed over to our delivery partners.

  • United States: 7 – 15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days.

Heads Up: During peak holiday seasons (like Halloween or Christmas), or due to severe weather and unexpected customs delays, delivery might take up to 25-30 business days. We deeply appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your tees, hoodies, or other goodies. You will always see the exact cost before finalizing your payment.

🇺🇸 Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Rates begin at $6.99.
  • Final shipping costs will scale with the weight of your cart.

🌎 International Shipping

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: Rates begin at $10.99.
  • Final shipping costs will scale with the weight of your cart.

*Please note: For international orders, tracking visibility may decrease once the package is handed off to your local country's postal service.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link. Please allow the carrier's system 24 to 48 hours to update the initial scan data.

If you ordered a mix of items (for instance, a Hawaiian shirt and a custom mug), we might ship them in separate packages from different printing facilities to get them to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

4. Re-Shipment Guidelines

We cannot be held liable for packages that fail to deliver due to incorrect, missing, or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a carrier returns your package to our facility, we are happy to arrange a re-shipment for you.

Re-shipment Fees (Applied per item):

  • United States: $6.99 per item.
  • International: $9.99 per item.

5. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

HalaTeeVault does not charge or collect international import taxes, VAT, or customs duties at the time of checkout. Any additional fees imposed by your country's local customs office upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.
